Product Information
We sell collectible blind box figures to retail and wholesale customers. Product names, images, availability, and prices may change without notice. Listed prices are in U.S. dollars and are pre-shipping; shipping, where applicable, is quoted on your invoice. Orders ship DDP/LDP (delivery duty paid), with import duties and customs clearance handled on your behalf. Blind box contents are randomly assorted — a specific figure is never guaranteed unless an invoice expressly states a sealed-case assortment.
Orders and Payment
Orders are placed by confirming an invoice we issue after your quote request. An order is formally confirmed when payment has been received and manually matched to its invoice. All sales are final once an order is formally confirmed — confirmed orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged by the buyer. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if items become unavailable — and any payment received for an order we cancel is refunded in full. Payment is collected through the secure Airwallex payment link under the payment account of YiLu Cloud Technology Ltd. (Hong Kong), or through another method stated on your invoice.
Limitation of Liability
Products are sold as described on their invoices, and we warrant that all products are authentic and factory-sealed as described; beyond that, all other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of Sun's Maneki Neko LLC for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
